21st century Russia's horoscope is based on June 12, 1990; 1:45 pm; Moscow. This is the date that the Russian Federation was born from the ashes of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic. On this date Russian Federation adopted the Declaration on Russia's National Sovereignty. Analyzing the horoscope based on this date would reveal the future of Russia.
